1. Overview

FlowAudit is a service provided by JLLS Holdings LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

  • Free Report — a complimentary automation readiness score and three high-level recommendations generated by AI based on your quiz responses.
  • Pro Report ($49) — a detailed, one-time digital report including process-by-process analysis, tool recommendations, implementation roadmap, and ROI projections.

3. Nature of Reports

Reports are generated by AI and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. Results are based solely on the information you provide and general industry patterns. Actual outcomes may vary.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • The Pro Report is a one-time purchase of $49 USD, processed securely via Stripe.
  • Because the Pro Report is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us and we will re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Accuracy & Disclaimer

FlowAudit reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of time savings, cost savings, or ROI projections. These are estimates based on general industry data and your self-reported information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on report content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the data you provide (quiz answers). Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute reports.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information in the quiz.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI report generation.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FlowAudit at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlowAudit, JLLS Holdings LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your misuse of report content.
  • Reliance on AI-generated projections, estimates, or recommendations as professional business, financial, or legal advice.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Any third-party claims resulting from your use of FlowAudit reports or data.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of FlowAudit shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Tennessee.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Small claims exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
